TECHNOLOGY

In Villa d'Almè (BG) factory the Systems Division studies, plans and manufactures turn-key linen and hard fibre hackling and spinning machinery within the Company and for the market too.

In 1983 Linificio e Canapificio Nazionale, the world leader in the production of top quality flax and hemp yarn for fashion, facing a situation in which no textile machine manufacturer was ready to invest in updating, innovation, production cycle automation, and realizing that the technology used in its plants, designed in the '50s, was not going to experience any remarkable development, started to devise and built its own combing, preparation and wet spinning machines for flax, hemp and ramiè.
Since 1990, in the wake of the general success met by the new machinery, Linificio e Canapificio Nazionale has been selling machines not essential to its own activity.

The Systems Division can count on:

• skilled technicians closely working with the production sector

• extremely qualified technology experts who have been working in this sector for the past years.

It works synergically with:

the most skilled manufacturers of textile machines in Europe (MARZOLI, DEHONDT, LOEPHE, SAVIO, STALAM, LORIS BELLINI)

companies for textile machines research (TECNOTESSILE)

Italian universities (Politecnico in Milano and University of Torino).

Suppliers are selected among leading, long established companies, equipped with the must advanced computer-based working centers, as well as state of art technical system for the treatment of metals used in home-manufactured machines:

Pins and combs (SMAUSER, STEADTHLER, PINCO)

Autolevellers (LOEPHE)

Flyer and spindles (HOLZ, MAYER)

Arms and spindles (SKF, SUESSEN)

Rings (BORGOSESIA).

Today the Systems Division represents the most advanced structure in the world for planning and realizing linen and hard fibre hackling and spinning machinery.
